Fall Update
The leaves are no longer clinging to the trees; winter is not so far off. With the chilly weather comes a shift in recreational pursuits, festive holidays, perhaps some gift giving and no doubt some early longing for the paddling season of 2010.
All of our staff have now returned to their ‘day jobs’ – back at school, self-initiated ventures and travel to warmer weather, new rivers and great adventures. Many thanks to their energy, passion and love for teaching and paddling. Without a doubt, it is the eclectic group of people who work with Paddler Co-op that shape your experience.
As well, many thanks to everyone who joined us this past summer. Despite some of the bleak summer days, the Boathouse was buzzing with activity, great community and lots of stories from the river. August and September on the Madawaska River did make up for some of the cold July weeks. We were treated to spectacular days and great water levels right through to October.

Learn to paddle or refine existing skills on one of Ontario's greatest natural resources. The river is an ideal natural playground and we work hard to make playing on it safely as accessible as possible to everyone.

Gift Certificates
Spread your love of paddling this year. We have gift certificates available for canoe, kayak or kids programs as well as River Safety and Rescue courses. The recipient can choose their own dates as the paddling season approaches. It's easy:

2. Payment by phone or mail.
3. We send you a pdf or hard copy of the certificate.
Gear Sale
We still have some boats left on the sale rack. Let us know if you are looking for: outfitted tandem and solo whitewater canoes, whitewater kayaks as well as helmets, spray skirts, pfds and paddles.
Most of the equipment is new this spring while some has been used for two seasons or slightly more.
