Open Canoe Solo

Now that you are a competent paddler, it’s time to take your skills in a new direction. With effective instruction and lots of practice, you can achieve precision on a wave, in a hole or on a rapid—steep, big or technical.

Paddling a solo canoe smoothly through the rapids can be a graceful and satisfying experience. To get to this point, everyone needs patience, practice and excellent instruction. Our solo boat instructors recognize that everyone learns differently and they work hard to pass on their secrets to smooth and pain free solo boating.
