Paddler Co-Op Registration Form

To register for a course or request further information is simple. Please fill out this form and submit it to us. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a spot on one of our programs.

Either call us with your credit card details or mail a cheque prior to your course. The balance is payable on the day your course begins.
